We use the finest ingredients to make our cakes with sponges drizzled in liquer, chocolate ganache' made with double cream and fruit cake matured with brandy. You can have strawberry with champange, or apricot conserve with brandy the choice is endless.

We will take orders with less notice if we can, but it takes us time to get so much stock, in exactly the right condition, at the right time for your wedding.
